Chili is one of those dishes you can make your own, depending on what ingredients and seasonings you want to throw in there. The folks from Jennie-O have come up with this recipe, layering in flavors and playing up Denver’s love for green chili. Without cutting back on flavor, the recipe gets lightened up by featuring lean ground turkey. With less than 300 calories per serving, this hearty chili is a must-try recipe. Like most chili, it’s even better the next day!

1 (16-ounce) package JENNIE-O Ground Turkey
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
